The quesobirrias were super good. This just became my new Sunday spot for sure. All the food was on point.

I love the food here. You can also get cut meat and fajitas as well. This place is convenient for me when I need to pick up some chicken or meat at lunch time.

Had dinner at La Jalisco Taqueria tonight for the first time. This place was amazing and is easily now our favorite Mexican restaurant for several reasons!! We basically had everything on the menu; fish, chicken and steak. All three were phenomenal. Everything was fresh cooked to perfection. It tested homemade. The store/ restaurant was extremely clean. You could literally eat off the floor lol. We wandered through the little market while waiting for the food and everything was neat. The floors were shining. The counters were clean not a speck of dirt, grime anywhere. We watched the lady at the front wash the floors in the general area before we sat down. And after we were leaving. It was honestly just so clean it felt good to be in the store lol We had our 7 months old who started gagging at a small piece of chicken. Of course we got scared thinking he was choking!! Our baby was ok but The lady in the front was so sweet she went in the back and grabbed a banana for our baby. Just overall an amazing place. Will be back tomorrow and day after and every day after that lol.

Hidden in a little discreet corner on Folsom. This is a hidden gem. We were craving breakfast burritos, and decided to stop by for takeout. I ordered the super Huevos con Chorizo breakfast burrito and a regular. Topped with an order of Chilaquiles. Paired with Jamaica and Horchata. I've tried breakfast burritos at other places around the neighborhood, and I have found that they don't beat these. Whenever I'm craving a breakfast burrito, my mouth waters for one from La Jalisco. They also have a mini market so we get our pan here too! Glad to have stopped by and support small businesses during COVID. We support anyway we can.

Authentic Mexican food served here! Made fresh to order, so it's worth the wait. Every time we eat here the food is consistently delicious. If you are looking for recommendations, I highly recommend the carne asada burrito because it's huge and filled with delicious fillings! Also, the customer service is always nice here.

While I normally gravitate to a big bowl of Pho after a night of drinking, I woke up with the desire of a super greasy Carne Asada burrito and thanks to the taqueria down the street that was closed (even though online it said open) because I wouldn't have accidentally found this place. It also helped that, the smell radiating from the bbq chicken that they were cooking in the parking lot truly persuaded me to come in! La Jalisco Taqueria is a smaller restaurant attached to a super market with just a few dine-in tables. When we arrived there was a line/wait, so this place must be good - I thought. With what felt like a 20 minute wait for two Carne Asada burritos - it didn't help that I was hungover so every minute felt like 5, lol. We got our burritos to go and rushed home. Our car quickly filled with a smell of complete deliciousness! Got home, and devoured most of my burrito. First thing that caught my eye was the size! Peep my photo, but these burritos are huuuge! Filled with rice, beans, juicy carne asada, salsa, cheese, sour cream, and guac - this super burrito is on point! I slowly started coming back to life after a few bites. The burrito is so big I had an entire half for dinner! Heck yeah! I would definitely return for a second visit and highly recommend this place. Also, the gal working the register, was super friendly and provided great customer service.
